How to Order a Custom Knife from Little Barn Knives
At Little Barn Knives, every knife is individually handcrafted to order.

To make the process simple and transparent, here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Get in Touch
Contact us through our website to discuss your ideas. Whether you’re looking for one of our designs or something completely bespoke, we’ll work with you to create the right knife for your needs.
Step 2 – Agree the Design
Together, we’ll finalise the design details, including blade shape, handle materials, and any special features.
Step 3 – Age Verification (Over 18s Only)
By law, knives can only be sold to individuals aged 18 or over. Before your order can proceed, we’ll need to verify your age.
We accept a valid passport or driving licence as proof of age.
This must be provided before we take any payment.
Step 4 – Pay the Deposit
Once proof of age has been confirmed, a 50% deposit is required. This secures your order and allows work to begin.
Step 5 – The Build
Your knife will be handcrafted in our Suffolk workshop. We’ll keep you updated with progress throughout the build so you know exactly how your project is coming along.
Step 6 – Final Balance
When your knife is finished, we’ll send you photos and request the remaining 50% balance.
Step 7 – Delivery
Once the balance is paid, your knife will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Note - a signature from an adult over 18 will be required when delivered. Valid ID must be shown.
